Project Description SDSU approached NSAD students to propose a new design idea for the engineering, physics, and sciences department. The design idea correlates with the teaching methods used in the classrooms which incorporated the three fields. The idea of an interdisciplinary approach, carried throughout the project which was highly influenced by all aspects of it’s surroundings. For this project I was responsible for the Schematic Design of the Engineering and Sciences building: Concept, Diagramming, Layout, plans (AutoCAD 2014,ArchiCAD18). I was also responsible for the Graphic output of this project such as: Renderings, Animations, and proposals(Artlantis Studio, Adobe Suite). The fabrication Responsibilities were: Digital + Physical Models.

Project Description The purpose of the ecological spec house was to construct a home that is sustainable in every aspect, from Materiality, passive systems, and mechanical systems. The house had to be developed based upon a concept design and needed the idea to be carried out throughout the entire project. For this project I was responsible for the Schematic Design of the Ecological Spec House: Concept, Diagramming, Layout, plans (AutoCAD 2014,ArchiCAD18). I was also responsible for the graphic output of this project such as: Renderings, Animations, and proposals(Artlantis Studio, Adobe Suite). The Venturi Effect occurs when there is constrictionin the center of an object. The gas or liquid travels from one end to the other but when it reaches the point of constriction the rate of speed of the gas increases, allowing faster air circulation. This building was created to capture incoming winds from the northwest in order to create natural ventilation while simultaneously salvaging energy that would have been consumed by the HVAC system.

Project Description the following is a collection of freehand renderings that were created for either clients, architects, or for personal projects. The freehand rendering techniques consist of technical pen usage and graphite in order to create the right texture for the objects within a drawing.
Project Description This project is an example of my work experience in the architectural field, project involvement includes schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. Job Responsibilities: Exterior Elevation Design & Interior Design (lobby), Development of Construction Documents, design changes package prep, owner/ Consultant Coordination & communication, and RFI Log and Respond. Construction Begun Summer 2017 and is expected to be completed late spring 2018

Project Description During the summer of 2017, our architecture firm issued that it would be relocating, the new office space was to be designed by the tenant. My involvement in this project began in the Schematic Design of the project. While collaborating with one of the partners of the firm, the project moved through all the other phases of the project. Job Responsibilities: development of Construction Documents, RFI Log and Response, and construction Site Visits. Job Status: Complete.

Project Description This project is to have a facade redesign while still using existing roof and facade structure. One of the buildings in this project is being demolished while preserving the existing foundation and concrete slab. Job Responsibilities: Design Development, Construction Documents, Coordination between Owner/ Consultant/ and Fabricator. Current Job status is awaiting to be permitted for construction.

Project Description This project is a remodel of an existing office building at the waterfront in Newport Beach, California. The project is to be turned into a Mixed use Building, in which the first floor of the building will be occupied be commercial and hospitality, while the second floor is occupied by office space. Project involvement: Schematic Design, Design Development, and construction Documents. Job Responsibilities: Development of design package, development of Construction Documents, and Consultant Coordination. Project is currently being permitted and later to be Bidded for Construction.
