The tour then stops at the Gold Museum, famous for its unique collection of over 30,000 pieces of pre-Columbian gold. Afterwards, the tour wanders through the beautiful colonial streets of the “La Candelaria”, enjoying its traditional ambience, pottering up to La Quinta de Bolivar where the Liberator, Simon Bolivar, spent his days. The final activity is going up by cable car to Monserrate and taking in the view from the highest point of Bogota. Accommodation. DAY 3. Observaremos, la cabeza de Morgan, el puente de los enamorados, y podrán hacer Snorkelling en el parque Nacional Natural McBean Lagoon, el parque más imponente del hemisferio occidental. The tour then stops at the Gold Museum, famous for its unique collection of over 30,000 pieces of pre-Columbian gold. Afterwards, the tour wanders through the beautiful colonial streets of the “La Candelaria”, enjoying its traditional ambience, pottering up to La Quinta de Bolivar where the Liberator, Simon Bolivar, spent his days. The final activity is going up by cable car to Monserrate and taking in the view from the highest point of Bogota. Accommodation. DAY 3. BOGOTA Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, we will drive north, passing through the typical villages of the Savannah of Bogota. In the morning, we will take a panoramic tour of the city to visit the the Sebastián de Belalcázar monument, the Cristo Rey monument and the colonial church of San Antonio. The city is recognized as the World Salsa Capital, so in the afternoon, we will take you to one of the best dance academcies for you to have a dance lesson. Return to the hotel, Accommodation. DAY 3. CALI Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, we will go to visit sugar-cane fields to see the production of the area. During this tour, we will visit the Sugarcane Museum. The day’s activities end with a visit to El Paraiso Hacienda, which well known as the setting of the famous novel “Maria” which was written by Jorge Isaacs in the nineteenth century. Hoy realizaremos una caminata de 5 a 6 horas hacia el sector de Lagunas de Siecha, donde encontraremos los ecosistemas de humedales de alta elevación, o “páramos” enmarcados por frailejones y la flora típica del paramo. Por el sendero llegaremos a una elevación de 3900 metros sobre el nivel del mar en el borde de una formación de cráteres desde donde se divisan las lagunas natualres de Siecha. Dice la leyenda Muisca, que la diosa Bachué salió de la laguna con un niño en sus brazos llamado Bochica es ahí cuando inicia la raza humana razon por la cual son considerados nuestros ancestros. SOGAMOSO Desayuno en el hotel. En la mañana nos trasladaremos al paramo de Ocetá, considerado uno de los mas bellos del planeta. Por su variedad de fauna y flora, sus formaciones rocosas y sus bellísimos jardines de frailejones, lupinus y senesios, hacen de esta visita, una experiencia única para los caminantes. El recorrido dura

46 aproximadamente 7 horas donde el objetivo será divisar laguna negra en la parte mas alta del paramo a casi 4000 msnm. El regreso se hace por un sendero cargado de agua, musgos de mil colores, cojines y formaciones rocosas para regresar nuevamente al finalizar la jornada al Municipio de Monguí, ganador en varias oportunidades del pueblo mas lindo de Boyacá. The tour takes about 7 hours to arrive at the destination, the Laguna Negra, or Black Lake, which, at 4,000 meters above sea level, is the highest part of the Paramo, The return takes a path which is notable for the presence of water, mosses of many colors, cushions and rock formations, reaching Monguí town, the frequent winner of the prettiest town of Boyacá. CABAÑA DE ADAN / CABAÑA DE GABRIEL 8.1 KM 4 HORAS Desayuno a las 7am y a las 9 am se inicia nuevamente la caminata sobre una corta travesía para luego descender a un pequeño valle formado por el rio Buritaca, donde se encuentran algunas construcciones indígenas agrupadas en un pequeño poblado conocido como mutanzhi pueblo indígena, que traduce rio Buritaca y el playón para los colonos. Hasta la cabaña donde pasaremos la noche. Refrigerios, almuerzo y cena durante el recorrido. Alojamiento. DIA 4. CABAÑA DE GABRIEL / CABAÑA DE ROMUALDO 6.6KM 4 HORAS Desayuno 6:30 am y salida 7 am se empieza a caminar por sectores del resguardo indígena Kogui –Arsario y en el Parque Natural Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, pasando por varias casas indígenas y en algunos sectores se encuentran huellas de camino dejados por los antiguos habitantes de la

región. También se cruza por el rio Buritaca para llegar finalmente a la cabaña de Rumualdo donde pasaran la noche. Refrigerios, almuerzo y cena durante el recorrido. Alojamiento DIA 5. CABAÑA DE ROMUALDO / CIUDAD PERDIDA / CABAÑA DE GABRIEL 7.6 KM 9 HORAS Desayuno a las 8 am y después se parte en un recorrido de 2 horas llegamos a Ciudad Perdida se hace un reconocimiento del parque, conociendo las diferentes adaptaciones al medio que realizaron los Tayronas, las casas ceremoniales de los indígenas actuales además de la vegetación de la región. En el intermedio del recorrido también es posible tomar un baño en el pozo de la juventud, el cual según la leyenda cumple funciones maravillosas. CABAÑA DE GABRIEL / CABAÑA DE ROMUALDO (Romualdo’s Cabin) 6.6KM 4H After breakfasting at 6:30 am , the hike begins again at 7 am, passing through the Kogui –Arsario Indigenous Reservation and the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta Natural Park, passing by several indigenous houses. Along the way, we will see traces of trails left by the former inhabitants of the region. We

will cross the Buritaca River to arrive at Romualdo’s Cabin where we will spend the night. Snacks, lunch and dinner during the hike Accommodation. DAY 5. CABAÑA DE ROMUALDO (Romualdo’s Cabin) / LOST CITY / CABAÑA DE GABRIEL (Gabriel’s Cabin) 7.6KM 9H Following an 8 am breakfast, we hike for 2 hours to reach the Lost City, passing through the Park, we will how the Tayrona people adapted the environment, as well as the ceremonial houses of the present-day inhabitants of the region, not to mention the verdant natural vegetation of the region. During the hike, it is possible to take a dip in the Well of Youth, which, according to the legend, has amazing results! Afterwards, we return to Gabriel’s Cabin. CABAÑA DE GABRIEL (Gabriel’s Cabin)/ EL MAMEY / BURITACA After breakfasting at 6:30 am , the hike back begins again at 7 am, when we reach El Mamey, a vehicle will be waiting for us to take us back to our hotel on the beaches of Buritaca. Colombia es Deporte: Expedición a Barú DIA 1. CARTAGENA / BARU Desplazamiento Cartagena de Indias – Puerto Badel (bolívar) a las 6:00 am (45 minutos de recorrido). Instrucción de remo y seguridad en el río. Inicia primera etapa en kayak por el Canal del Dique, desde Puerto Badel (Bolívar) hasta la isla de Barú. Son 30 kilómetros de recorrido, con una duración de 4 horas aproximadamente. Los refrigerios y el almuerzo se toman en el kayak durante jornadas de descanso sobre el río. Después de recorrer una gran parte sobre el Canal del Dique se hace un desvío por un brazo más angosto por el que se desemboca al mar, en la bahía de Barbacoas. Llegada a la Isla de Barú. Desplazamiento desde el punto de llegada en kayak hasta EL Hotel Sport Baru. Cena en el hotel

DIA 2. BARU Desayuno en el hotel. Día libre para disfrutar las actividades del hotel. Almuerzo y cena en el hotel. DIA 3. BARU CARTAGENA Desayuno en el hotel. Desplazamiento hacia el punto de salida en kayak. Inicio de recorrido en kayak por la bahía de Barbacoas, bordeando la isla de Barú. Para entrar de nuevo en el Canal del Dique recorremos un pequeño camino entre manglares donde sólo es posible entrar en kayak o en pequeños botes, perfecto para vivir de cerca este tipo de vegetación. Se recorre un tramo del Canal del Dique, para luego desembocar al mar y llegar remando a la emblemática ciudad de Cartagena de Indias.

Colombia Is Sports: Expedition To Baru DAY 1. CARTAGENA / BARU The trip from Cartagena to Puerto Badel (Bolivar) begins at 6:00 am (45 minutes approximately). We will receive instructions regarding paddling and safety in the river before we start. The first stage is by kayaking along the Canal del Dique, from Puerto Badel (Bolivar) to the island of Baru. This is around 30 kilometers and takes about 4 hours. Refreshments and lunch are enjoyed in our kayaks during rest periods on the river. After passing through much of the Canal del Dique, we take a detour along a narrower branch, which flows into the sea in the Bay of Barbacoas. Arrival at Baru Island. Displacement from the point of arrival by kayak to the Hotel Sport Baru. Dinner at the hotel.

DAY 2. BARU Breakfast at the hotel. Free day to enjoy the activities at the hotel. Lunch and dinner at the hotel. DAY 3. BARU / CARTAGENA Breakfast at the hotel. Moving towards the exit point by kayak, the tour starts in the Bay of Barbacoas, where the island of Baru is located. To reenter the Canal del Dique, we will make our way through mangroves, which is only possible by kayak or small boat, this close-up experience of this type of vegetation is unforgettable. After rowing along part of the Canal del Dique to where it empties into the sea, we will paddle to the emblematic city of Cartagena de Indias.
