THIS FINAL PHYSICAL MODEL EMBODIES THE SHIFT IN HEIGHT AND PERSPECTIVE EXPERIENCED IN STAIRS, AND USES THE CHANGE IN THICKNESS & MATERIALITY BETWEEN EACH INDIVIDUAL STEP TO REFLECT THE NUMBER OF DIFFERENT STYLES OF STAIRS EXAMINED. THE MODEL IS MADE OF 9 INDIVIDUAL PAPER COMPONENTS, PHOTOGRAPHED SEPARATELY AND BROUGHT TOGETHER DIGITALLY TO FORM A WHOLE WITH GRADUAL TRANSLUCENCY AND COLOUR.
