Preparing to sell? Show them your best side As your property partner, we know that expertly-taken photographs work wonders when you’re selling or letting. They create a good first impression and show potential buyers or tenants what’s great about your property. And that’s why, when you sell or let with us, they’re part of the service. Natural lifestyle photography works best. We do not use super-wide angle or fish eye lenses that distort the shape of a room, we do not Photoshop in fake blue skies and green grass. Instead, we use a style of photography that brings out the real character of a property to convey what you found so unique and special about it. You will find all our details carry a clear Andrews Small Print note, which says:

The Andrews Small Print™ These details contain no artificial colours, no Photoshopping, no super-wide angle images, no props, no overstatement, no pressure and no urgency. Instead you can count on our reassuring advice and refreshing service to help you with the big decisions.

A bit of effort can bring rewards Before we send in our photographer, we’d like you to get your property ready for its close-up. And so we’ve made a few suggestions. Why bother? Well, our experience tells us that properties with the best shots get the best price. They generate interest and excitement, which leads to offers. Highlighting the architectural features of a property showcases its unique character.

We know that properties can sell 30% faster with expertly taken photographs, and over the 70 years that we’ve been in business, we’ve learned that well taken, simple shots work best of all.

We also know that bright, clear and clean images get over 60% more views online. And more views mean more enquiries.

Over 70% of all views on Zoopla are made on a mobile device so great lifestyle photos will help you stand out.
