PILATES
The Pilates method is the best training for your core, to improve spinal alignment, strength, and mobility. Slow and smooth repetitive movements on the floor. The Pilates breathing method supports this training.
YOGA FLOW
Yoga positions with active and passive movements. Your body gains strength, your muscles feel the stretch, and your mind will be released. You feel love from the inside out.
DANCE YOUR SOUL
This joyful session embraces simple movements and encourages you to express your own style. Inspired by art and theatre. Your mind will calm down through visualizations, working with the elements like water and earth

STRETCHING
We start with a warmup followed by flexibility training for your joints and muscles. This training improves the range of motion and improves muscle regeneration.
