Post Production
The renders are part of the learning result of the animation and rendering software Blender, this with post-production in Photoshop adding people, trees and adjustingcolors.
Cabin model taken from Sketchup Warehouse, modeled anddesignedby:RosemaryS.
Plugins and addons part of the same program are used to add vegetation with a realisticeffecttotherenderingmodel. These were used to set the immediate context of the cabin, placing it in a forest environment.

RENDERING EXERCISE 2
These exercises were carried out individually as a process of learning new software and programs such as Blender and Unreal Engine, in this exercise the design, survey (using models from libraries external to Blender) and rendering of a common and current flat typology was carriedouttobeusedinBlender.
Some ofthefurniturewere existing models that were used to fit the desired personal style, however colors, lighting, textures wereadjustedandinsomeparticularcases they were modeled from scratch using the modelingtoolsofthesameprogram.

Public and open facilities are articulated in an axis of Cayma Avenue.

2 intersecting axes are created, one created by the equipment proposal and the other by Avenida Ejército.

The urban furniture is designed based on the three main activities assigned to the entire urban proposal, rest (benches), interaction (ramps) and vegetation (landscape). The central plaza articulates both adjacent spaces as it is the main one in terms of urban interaction. During the day it functions as a rest plaza in a stop already established on Army Avenue, and during the night it transforms into a multimedia plaza with a screen. which will transmit audiovisuals publiclyandmanagedbyTelefónicaTech.

INTENTIONS FOR
One of the main premises for this project was to provide public space to a place where the full predominates over the urban void, which is why a vision of the desired and ideal streets for a place as busyasAv. Ejército is also proposed. one ofthe busiestintheentirecity.
MIXED USE COMPLEX
The project carried out during the VIII university semester consists of a mixed-use complex occupying a block on Army Avenue between Tiendas Estilos and Zegel, the program deals with commerce onthefirstfloor,officesonthesecondand third and residential use on the upper floors. . The project was carried out in a group.
The terraces on the upper floors would serve as private collective spaces for residents, these will have activities such as barbecue, workspace, cinema, daycare,etc.Ontheotherhand,viewsto the north in relation to the city and volcanoesareprioritized.
