• Day 1, you start with healthy and tasty salad that packed with FIBRE followed by vegetable SOUP in Day 2. • Day 3, you can mix all sort of COLORs in your meal through fruits and vegetables. • Day 4, include protein fruit smoothie in your diet that helps boost your ENERGY. • Day 5, go ahead and have more protein in your meal for VITALITY. Do not forget your CARB in Day 6. • Day 7, you will feel lighter and FRESH! Personalized your meal plan to suits you and check out the Tips for your detox programme at page 11.

TIPS

• Do simple stretches and exercise for at least 30 minutes a day to support your detox plan. • Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. • Reduce your smoking and alcohol intake. • Choose healthy cooking methods: grilling, baking, steaming, stewing, boiling braising, quick stir frying (with no or little oil) • Avoid eating CRAB food: Carbonated drinks, refined sugars, artificial foods and process foods. • Consume all food before 8.00pm. • Avoid busy schedule & reduce number of outdoor activities. 11 11
