BRAMHALL GOLF CLUB INVESTING FOR THE FUTURE

There’s a common saying that you should always have one eye on the future. That is certainly the case at Bramhall Golf Club. Over the last few years, The Management Board in conjunction with the members have chosen to put the membership fees to good use with lots of clubhouse and course development. From a full refurbishment of the clubhouse to a new pond at the back of the 6th green, to name but a couple of projects, there has been strategic investment to ensure the future success of the club.

This winter season sees the club continuing with the investment program. Currently the works underway include a Bunker renovation project and the full reconstruction of two tees.

The 4th tee is being reconstructed to help with the drainage to ensure playability all year round, whilst the 14th tee has had a complete overhaul to remove the tiered system in the tee. This alteration will result in a few extra yards on the hole making for a more challenging tee shot and a much larger playing area to help protect the tee from excessive wear and tear.

With some interesting development ideas for the future Bramhall really is a great choice for those considering joining a golf club. With its 100+ year history, its unique and welcoming bar and catering environment and its plans for further investment the club really embodies the phrase “watch this space”.
