CSC Valves CSC Valves produces balls in a joint venture plant and uses a state of the art Arc Plasma Weld Overlay system to apply hard face weld overlays. Weld materials include Tungsten Carbide, Stellite, and other forms of powdered metals.

STEM DESIGN
100% forged construction of all pressure containing components ensures elimination of porosity associated with inferior castings.
Standardized blow-out proof stem design with torsional strength in compliance with latest API 6D standards.
ADVANCED BALL AND SEAT TECHNOLOGY Various advanced ball and seat hardening technologies are available for withstanding the most challenging service conditions. Tungsten Carbide, Stellite, Chromium Carbide, or other materials upon request can be applied using a High Velocity Oxy Fuel ( HVOF ) weld overlay system. This allows CSC Valves to offer balls and seats with surface hardness to HRC 55-60 and heat resistance of up to 540C.
