Everyone has ever heard of meditation, many people relate it as a religious practice, however, people who practice it take it as a way of life. Meditation is a practice that involves an individual who is induced to a state of consciousness in order to feel good about himself, have some bodily benefit, feel good spiritually or just for relaxation, there are many reasons why people perform this Practice, but these are the main ones. The term meditation encompasses a great number of practices, these have different uses, they can be techniques for relaxation, build a spiritual internal energy for greater interior advancement or to raise your vibratory level. Many healthy people recommend meditation as something very important in their lives, since they do it to complement their life, it has become for many a daily practice, practicing meditation at the beginning may cost, because concentrate is not easy and take away thoughts Diaries also, usually at the beginning of this practice recommend starting with 15 minutes can be accompanied by music, mantras or without music, it is better that each day are increasing the time of meditation as you can see the benefits in the short term, increasing Practice until you reach 30 minutes, 45 minutes and up to 1 hour. Personally I think it's a very important practice, I started to meditate a little and my life has changed, I have been presented with many beautiful things and coincidences of life that changed my way of thinking and seeing life. I practice it for about 20 minutes, before I did it daily however, it has become almost impossible for me to meditate and relax, personally I decided to practice meditation If everyone, as humanity, could achieve daily meditation,
everyone would change their
way of thinking and society would probably advance positively,
perform impacting things with
our body, we would be healthier mentally and physically,
there would be no diseases or
they would be very scarce, all We would support society,
there would be no bad
people, we would live very well because there would
be a balance in nature
and in the environment that surrounds us. I see
meditation as something
good that should be done every day and fundamental
part of each person.
