Create newsletters (monthly/bimonthly), bulletins, posters

Main roles are to inform your members, and make the information look good!

Creates a website that should be updated frequently

Graphic design skills are a plus (but it's a skill you can learn along the way) Archives info into a compact format

Maintain social media accounts

Coding skills are a plus (but not needed with some website making tools) Gives members more updated info

Can give points that count for volunteering hours! Don't give too much — service hours should mostly come from actual service Individually and to groups Email, social media, in person Variety: different people each time, go to new members, even other clubs????

Letter of nomination and letter of recommendation Copy of the applicant’s DKC application Attendance is 85% of club meetings OR at least 30 club meetings, and at least 2 divisionals At least 50 hours of community service At least 7 newsletters distributed to all members with service spotlights

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Attendance at the Editor's Workshop at the 2019 LTC, 2019 ICON, and attendance at Fall Rally Participation in at least 2 club committees International events in all newsletters/bulletins Attendance at a meeting of your sponsoring Kiwanis Club Personal statement (max. 500 words)
