Dantonio:Iwentthroughsomelife changingmomentsanditstillplays inmyhead,everyday.Whenthat caraccidenthappened,Iwastold thatIdiedonthescene.Whenthey revivedme,thefirstthingIasked forwastoseemychildren.Then,a fewminuteslater,mykid’smother saidshesawmyeyesrolltothe backofmyheadandIdied,again. Theyweregoingtogiveuponme, atthehospital,butIamsohappy thattheydidn’t.Goddidn’tgiveup

onme,becauseIamhereforareason.Iwasraised withoutmyfather.Iamthirtytwoyearsoldandhave neverseenhimbefore,butIhavebeeninmychildren’s life,sincebeforebirth.

GrinderZZ:Youexplainedtomethatyoursisterwas ejectedoutofthecarandyou,actually,diedtwice.What wentthroughyourmindwhenthenursesandyour familymemberstoldyouwhathappened?

Dantonio:Thenursestoldmychildren’smotherthat therewasnothingelsethattheycoulddoforme,atthat point.IwastakentoAUMC.Mychildren’smother wouldnotletthemgiveuponme.Anhourgoesbyand shesaidshewhisperedtometokeepfightingandmake itbackhome,tomychildren.Mysisterwasejected fromthecarandlandedinaditch.Theimpactfromthe carflippingsentheroutofthepassengersidewindow, whereshewassitting.Myotherbestfriendwassitting inthebackseat,withme.Hewassittingbehindthe driver.Whentheimpacthappened,Igrabbedmysister byherhairtoholdherbackandIpushedhimbackon theseatandIjustlostcontrol,whenthecarstarted flipping.Hehadacollapsedlungandfracturedribs.It tookusalloutofwork,formonths.Still,tothisday, everythingishardforus,tocope with.

Dantonio:IwastoldtoletgoandletGod,because takingmattersintomyownhandwouldn’tbethebest outcome,inthissituation.ThankGodthatallthe charges,againstmysister,weredroppedandplacedon thedriver.Thedriverliedonmysisterandsaidshewas driving.Goddoesn’tlikeuglyandwhatgoesaround comesbackaround10timesharder.
