'It is not resources but resourcefulness that ultimately makes a difference' - Tony Robbins There is a difference between entrepreneurship and small business owner. As much as small business owners and entrepreneurs are interchangeable, entrepreneurs have a different leadership style, different mindset and different way of taking action. Looking at definitions, resource is something one uses to obtain an outcome or objective, whereas resourcefulness is the ability to use resources to overcome difficulties. When entrepreneurs have hurdles to jump they are generally resourceful. Below are 3 tips to add value to your business by being resourceful. When people start a business or learn a new hobby or sport they often think they need to throw money at it to succeed. However, having resources may give you access to tools but it is being resourceful that expedites growth. Three ways to assist you in growth in your business.

1. Mentor - find a mentor. Many people have mentors at different stages of their business life and some people have multiple mentors in specific areas of their lives. Having a mentor helps you keep accountable. When I owned a franchise I chose to use a mentor for a brief period to recalculate costings with static and nonstatic costs. I found the mentor very helpful. A mentor can keep you accountable, they guide you, motivate you but it is important to understand that they don't do the work for you. With six figure mentors, guidance is given throughout with tools, marketing training, resources for business growth, resources for personal growth. Mentors are accessible and readily share their knowledge.

2. Join a network group Networking is a fantastic way to build relationships, share knowledge, learn new skills, provide confidence, raises your profile and develop leadership skills. Networking results in opportunities and friendships as your

networking group usually has similar interests and creative entrepreneurial suggestions. Six figure mentors have online coaching and mentoring programs and there are network groups in many areas to assist with personal and business growth.

3. Be in a mastermind group As a member of a mastermind group, you are an exclusive community member where you are business advisors collaboratively working together for everyone to achieve their objects and outcomes.

Napolean Hill in his book Think and Grow Rich, talks about 'mastermind alliance'. He defined the group as 'a friendly alliance with more than oner person who encourages one to follow through with a plan and a purpose'. If you require a blueprint and are looking for technology to grow your business via digital marketing than six figure mentors provides the tools, the mentors, the network groups and mastermind groups to guide you as you follow your purpose, here. Have a great day.
