Supreme was purchased for the top price of $42,000 at the inaugural Wrigley Cattle Co sale in March 2023. He nails a strict multi-trait selection criteria which earns him the status of being the highest $A indexing bull in the Angus Australia Semen Catalogues, in fact putting him $45 in front of the top 1% for the $A index. On inspection we were highly impressed by his Pastern angle (Score 5), heel depth and smooth tracking gait. Supreme is 1 of only a select few animals in the TACE analysis that is in the top 10% for calving ease direct and daughters, 200, 400 and 600-day growth, carcase weight and intramuscular fat, yet still has extremely moderate birth weight (top 15%) and mature cow weight (bottom 30%). A true all-rounder bull with a lot of genetic merit to offer. $20/straw commercial, $40/straw seedstock.

PAYMENT OF ITEMS
• All purchasers shall be invoiced by Angus Australia.
For Semen and Embryo Purchases
STORAGE
• The purchaser shall pay any storage prices after 30 days if the units have not been collected.
RETURN OF SHIPPING CONTAINER
• Transport of the units requires the use of a specialised protective shipping container. Purchaser agrees to promptly return the shipping container to the seller in good and e-usable condition.
• In order to facilitate the prompt return of the shipping container, the seller will provide a return shipping label and arrange for the shipping carrier to return to the drop off location to pick up the shipping container.
PEDIGREE, PERFORMANCE AND GENETIC INFORMATION
• The seller guarantees to the buyer that the pedigree, performance data and genetic information, as represented in any sales materials (including any sale book, supplement sheet or day-of-sale announcement), are accurate at the time of print.
• The absence of any such designation on the pedigree of an animal, as set forth in any sales materials, does not establish that the animal in question is not a carrier of any such genetic condition.
SEMEN & EMBRYOS
• Unless otherwise agreed by the buyer and the seller, with respect to the sale of semen and/or embryos, the seller makes no guarantees with respect to the performance or characteristics of such semen and or embryos and the buyer is purchasing such semen ‘as is’.
• Semen and Embryos will be sold per embryo/per straw
MISCELLANEOUS
• The above terms and conditions of sale constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller of each semen lot and are equally binding upon both parties. Each sale or resale of each semen lot constitutes a separate transaction.
• Neither The Angus Society of Australia nor any director, officer, employee or representative of the Society or any of its related entities assumes any liability, legal or otherwise, in connection with any sale or transaction conducted under the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Nor shall the Society, its directors, officers, employees or representatives assume any liability or be responsible in any way for enforcing the terms and conditions of any agreement between buyer and seller.
• Neither the sponsor or sponsors, the sale manager, nor any other person connected with the management of the sale, assumes any liability, legal or otherwise.
• These Sale Terms and Conditions and all rights, obligations and duties arising hereunder and all disputes arising hereunder will be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the state in which the sale of the semen and embryos occurs, without giving effect to such state’s choice of law rules.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions of sale or any other written agreement between the parties relating to the sale of Angus genetics under these Terms and Conditions ofsale, seller makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, even if such purpose is known to the parties.
The remedies provided in these Terms and Conditions of sale are the exclusive remedies of the buyer, or any party claiming through the buyer, and under no circumstances will the seller be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages under any indemnity provision or otherwise.
