Due to the fact of our customers’ demands for us to implement it once again into our bull sale activities, in 2018 we will have both a Bred Heifer competition and classes for Heifer Calves as well. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BULL SALE

TERMS - The terms of the sale are cash or cheque payable at par at Fort Macleod, Alta. The right of property shall not pass until settlement is made. All settlements must be made with the clerks of the sale before any cattle will be released.

RETAINED INTERESTS - Brylor Ranch is retaining the right to possibly use a few of the bulls in this 2018 sale. Instead of retaining a 1/3 semen interest in selected lots, we will instead reserve the right to collect 100 straws of semen on any bull in the catalogue at our expense and the buyer’s convenience. Buyer otherwise owns the bull, except in the case of bulls denoted as 1/2 interest lots.

BIDS - Every animal entering the sale ring will be sold to the highest bidder. A floor price will apply to each animal consigned.

DISPUTES - In case of disputes, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If no further bid is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the last bid. was accepted by the auctioneer whose decision in such matters will be final.

PURCHASER’S RISK - Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as the auctioneer declares the animal sold.

ANNOUNCEMENTS - Errors discovered in the catalogue will be corrected by announcements from the Auction Stand at sale time and such corrections will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalogue.

He’s very dark red in color, has lots of shape to him and throws equally impressive heifers as do his sons. His first ten heifer calves to sell averaged $6009 last fall in our female sale. We can’t wait to see his daughters in production this winter!! this bull was my choice of over 160 bulls at the very good bull pen of Westphals’ in Montana. His sire, Navigator 010, is an awesome herd sire. the single most spectacular thing, though, about 554 that we like best is his fabulous feet that he possesses! – Selling 13 Sons –
