At Reid Angus we realize this isn't a race, most of our customers don't need their bulls until June or July, so we don't push them – we develop them, so they last for many years. “Females are our foundation”, we have never sold any of our top females, but we have culled hundreds. We are constantly applying selection pressure to our genetics so that we can move to greater efficiency in beef production, something we can all capitalize on. Reid Angus Advantage 11U - Grand Champion Bull at Medicine Hat Bull Sale in 2009. He was also a Silver Medalist at the 2009 World Angus Forum at Spruce Meadows, and Futurity Champion Bull at the Olds Fall Classic in October. This is the kind of sire Reid Angus builds a program around. He is a broad based, free moving, a structurally sound bull, with a beautiful muscle pattern, and a natural fleshing ability.
