Number of deaths rise as the civil unrest escalates. Tens of thousands are fleeing Syria and are living now as refugees. HHRD is working closely with the refugees of Syria; providing food, water, medicine and shelter. 'Help Syria NOW’
THAR - EMERGENCY RELIEF:
For decades, Thar Pakistan has faced periodic famines and droughts. Thar needs some permanent solutions. After one month ER efforts, HHRD teams are doing several Water Projects in Thar. Your generous support is needed this Ramadan.
BURMA–EMERGENCY RELIEF:
According to the U.N. the Rohingya Muslims are the most persecuted minorities in the world. Rohingya Muslims are denied right of citizenship, have discriminatory limitations to basic rights and are continuously persecuted.
AFRICA:
The affects of the Horn of Africa drought of 2011 are still being felt today. HHRD Africa Teams in Kenya, Somalia, Somaliland, Tanzania and Uganda are assisting those in dire need with your continuous assistance. The instability in Central Africa Republic, Mali, South Africa and elsewhere has resulted in thousands of displaced refugees. HHRD teams are working diligently to serve in the region. Donate generously for our neighbors in this close knit global village.
ORPHAN SUPPORT AND EID GIFTS:
$1 a day provides thousands of orphan’s education, clothing, food, and housing /shelter. This Ramadan you can make an Orphan child’s Eid a celebratory one, by providing them Eid Gifts. Sponsor an orphan, create a future.
CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES:
This all encompassing program for persons, including children, with disabilities has four primary components. 1. Visually Impaired, 2. Hearing Impaired, 3. Intellectually Disabled and 4. Physically Disabled. Advocacy and Prevention is key. HHRD has built a state of the art Physical Rehabilitation Center for PWDs in Pakistan to serve the poor at minimal/no cost.

WATER FOR LIFE:
Every 20 seconds, a child dies from water-related diseases (UN Report). Water wells, hand pumps, purification plants, and sanitation equipments are provided globally in places, where clean water is not readily available to impoverished people.
EASAAR MICRO-FINANCE:
Money is given at no interest to poor, unemployed, and widows. This allows them to start a small business or buy a sewing machine for example. The loan repayment has a success rate of 99.8%. The repaid loan is used for others in need. The cycle continues; becoming a form of Sadaqa–e-Jariya, the best form of charity.
EDUCATION SUPPORT:
Along with providing education to orphans and needy children, HHRD works actively towards providing scholarships to disadvantaged students, building schools, providing tuition, school supplies and computers.
WOMEN EMPOWERMENT:
It is imperative that women are empowered, as they support and nurture generations. Help them when they have no other means to support their families; through 'Interest Free Micro-Finance', and 'Skills and Vocational Training' programs
IFTAR-US-SIY'AM, FITRA AND FIDYA:
Ramadan and Eid is a difficult time for those who do not have enough to feed their families. Help families this Ramadan with 'Food Basket Program and remember them in your prayers. Let your Zakah work for those most in need.

Mobile Health Units, Eye Surgeries, Ambulances, Health & Hygiene Education, Medical Clinics, Medical & Surgical Equipments, First Aid Training, and T.B. Awareness. Save lives by assisting us in bringing these services to communities worldwide.
