In the year gone-by our international initiatives like the Global Consultancy Centre, where we are establishing Pakistan as an outsourcing hub has added lustre to Pakistan's International image both within NCR and outside. We are projecting technology levels Pakistan is capable of at lower costs to customers and judging from our success since conception, I am confident that Pakistan will be in the top 10 outsourcing countries by the end of next year. Our Teradata University Programs are such a success with Universities that our data warehousing case studies and technical details have been incorporated as course materials in many top universities in Pakistan. This is our effort to ensure that students graduating from these Universities are up to par with the hiring requirements in the local as well as international market and also in NCR where we strive to open up the opportunities for the brightest minds in Pakistani Universities. In the financial sector we have passed a major milestone in the Self Service Banking with 1000 ATM's installed at various sites across the country. We have provided our valued customers with not only the latest in hardware, but we understood their need for personalization and hence have created a number of suites based on our APTRA software that allows our clients to interact with customers and promote their latest offerings at the ATMs. This initiative led to the establishment of the Software Development Centre, which has the mandate to come up with value added applications for NCR self service solutions. This group will enhance & value add more services in the self service arena beyond dispensing & accepting cash, therefore it is a focused group dedicated to consolidating requirements from the region and accordingly enhancing and developing applications . We have the highest commitment to quality and ensure that applications being rolled out are robust, easy to maintain and certified in the self service environment None of this would have been possible without the assistance of our much valued customers. We have built and continue to build on our existing relationships by making them stronger. We have also created new relationships in Pakistan that I am confident will grow with time. Teradata has announced the establishment of a Global Consulting Center (GCC) in Pakistan which is another landmark development in the history of Pakistan’s IT industry. It is the first time a major multinational has decided to set up a facility of this scope and sophistication with the potential of employing a large number of Pakistani computer science graduates.
