Thank you for choosing Evolve as your trusted lending solutions provider! What happens now? In the coming days, your mortgage loan will be boarded to our servicing department. Once the loan has been boarded, you will receive a Welcome Letter and your first mortgage statement, which will include additional information about your loan and contact information. When is my first payment due? Your first payment due date is on the first payment letter that you signed at closing. Your first payment date and amount will also be on your first mortgage statement that you receive from Evolve Bank & Trust.
MAKE A PAYMENT
If I need to make a payment to Evolve Bank & Trust, how can I do that? It is important to read all correspondence from Evolve Bank & Trust closely to determine if you owe any payments to Evolve Bank & Trust. If you owe a payment to Evolve, we offer numerous payment methods.
Will my loan be sold to another servicer? It is possible that your loan is sold to another servicer. This is a common occurrence in the mortgage industry. If your loan is sold, you will receive a Goodbye letter from Evolve Bank & Trust and a Welcome letter from the new servicer. Please note it is important to determine the service transfer effective date. It is possible you may owe one or more payments to Evolve before your loan is transferred to your new servicer.
