The ability to add value, and ultimately create a workable financing structure, is critical to the success of any sustainable hospitality property. Luckett & Farley Development (LF&D) is another benefit we offer our clients, providing a whole host of services. As a flexible financial partner, with access to multiple equity funds and lending sources to finance projects, L&FD is poised and ready to partner in acquisitions, repositions, rehabilitations and ground-up developments. L&FD understands that every finance option has its pros and cons as it effects credit treatment, balance sheet, cash flow and control of operations. We approach each project independently, analyzing the merits of all financing options with our clients who, once armed with this in-depth information, can choose the one which best meets their objectives.

Virtual Reality & SITEOPS Technology Being able to share valuable, real-time master planning information with our clients BEFORE they make a buying decision is critical to the success of each project. Our architects, engineers and designers use state-of-theart softwares such as: Revit, 3D Studio Max, VRay, Inscape 3D, Pano2VR and more, to create a virtual walkthrough of a proposed site or space BEFORE it’s ever built or renovated. This allows us to collaborate with our client, making any changes as needed at each phase of the project, to ensure we’re delivering maximum value. Using USGS topographic data and other public information, we quickly and efficiently evaluate any site (or multiple sites) to understand which is best suited for the planned facility. This allows us to understand development costs for each site and for each facility. We can even calculate multiple building layouts, and their costs, for the same site.

Conception Collaboration

Building Information Modeling (BIM) Having the ability to offer our clients absolute certainty there are zero clashes with the various trade disciplines, is critical in keeping design costs under control and the project timeline on track. Our firm uses BIM on all our designs to ensure interferences don’t occur. But, if they do, we can immediately address and correct them, saving our client time and money BEFORE the project go’s to the construction drawing phase. We also use BIM to map a building’s equipment maintenance schedule.

INTERIOR DESIGN and PROCUREMENT Licensed, Creative Professionals Visualizing the end result long before the plan has begun is a talent our accredited designers and buyers all share. LEED AP, NCIDQ, EDAC and CID are just a few of the accreditations our professionals carry. Understanding the need to not only provide pleasing aesthetics, but also the importance of selecting durable, sustainable and high quality materials, is paramount to achieving exceptional function and performance.
