Mass aligned to the site edges increase the use of the area in an efficient way. The open space points towards the central plaza, making it a focal point.
If required the exhibition spaces can be separated from rest of the functions or vice versa. The functions of the halls can spill over on to the whole complex, it is possible due to the series of open public spaces.

The shortest edge faces the front side of the site. So, the entrance is kept wide and open so that the public activity happening inside can be seen from the flyover.
