The Concept •
Considering the need to soak young, growing minds with the importance of education, we put together an event called Roshni.
•
Through Roshni, we aimed at creating an impact on over 600 children aged between 8 and 13 from different NGOs through fun learning activities and sessions in a manner so as to create an eagerness in each of their minds to explore their learning capabilities.

Chitrakala Parishath and Headstreams supported Roshni, delivering a painting workshop and
a session about the
importance of education in Kannada. •
The main vision was to inculcate in the young minds of the

A press release was conducted two days before the event at Press Club of Bangalore, that is on the 17th October, 2013 where we addressed a gathering of reporters and discussed with them the details of the event and our vision.
