A collection of ink pieces I sketched while travelling. In particular, the above drawing is my favourite out of the group; which is a bit surprising given it was inspired by a gigantic, furry moth that plagued me all night in France. However when I finally saw the moth shadowed against a lamp I realized how intricate its markings were and I wanted to do something along the same lines that echo beauty in an otherwise ugly creature.
I had the good fortune to have these drawings displayed in my university's 100 Years of Medicine art show during my second year of medical school.
