CONCEPT
In the contemporary world hotels must be at the same time global and local to ensure the highest quality standarts and the presence of local culture and traditions. Meanwhile the third dimention of personalisation is becoming more relevant since the diversity of clients increases as well as their desire of more individual space. Personalisation can provide more attractivness and feeling of higher attention to every individual. Hotels must go green and sustainable to win the market competition. Clients are becoming more aware of this issue and this makes the «going green» challenge relevant like never before. Locally grown healthy food can be a strong attraction for the visitors. The strategy of «green personalisation» presented in this concept hotel presentation is about solving both challenges at a time. The concept is to put the hotel building in the «envelope» structure of the greenhouse, which has separated spaces for each room and not accessable to visitors roof space for local food production. The idea is to provide the opportunity of choice. Different types of vegetation are provided in separated room greenhouses, there types and amount may vary according to the feasibility and may also vary with the change of visitors nationality and on-going trends. During the process of booking a person can choose preferable type of plants. The opportunity to take care of the plants and fully enjoy them must be given to hotel visitors. The priority may be given to the local vegetation to increase the level of the place identity. Thus, both local healthy food production and personalisation of hotel space are ensured.
