EARTH MEDITATION This is our home - from a wider system perspective. As earthlings we are all part of it. But we are not at the center - Mother Earth is. Maybe you would like to meditate for a few minutes? Let this picture remain as a visualization behind your closed eyelids and reflect on what seems truly important - from this perspective. Open your eyes and remember what emerged. Is there anything that needs strengthening or adjustment? What kind of compassionate support would be helpful?
COPERNICAN REVOLUTION This is also our home - from an even wider dynamic system perspective. Now look at this image of the sun and the planets. Nothing has been changed or removed, it is only our mindset that has widened the view. Now not even Mother Earth is at the center - the Sun is. From this perspective we clearly see ourselves as part of a system, equally significant. Resting in this view - what emerges? Is there anything that needs strengthening or adjustment? What kind of compassionate support would be helpful?
VISION-WISE SPIRAL MOVEMENT Now this is our home - from an even wider dynamic system perspective. Now we see the vision-wise spiral movement of the whole system. We are all on our way through space and time, towards - or around - something? What does the word ”vision” mean now? Resting in this view - what emerges? Is there anything that needs strengthening or adjustment? What kind of compassionate support would be helpful?
THE CORE OF OUR SUN Now see the sun, our mighty sun and its layers or spheres of light. See its core - the source of radiation. Reflecting on this core - what emerges?

THE CORE OF YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS Now see the layers of consciousness in you: Behavior - what you manifest in words and actions. Feelings - the emotional motor behind actions. Self image and esteem - shaping your feelings. And the core - mirroring the core of the sun. See this core - your essence. Reflecting on this core - what emerges?
