After doing research into consumer behavior and surveying the piazza that Zefiro is in, I concluded that most of the shops just like Zefiro are just displaying their products in their windows in ways that’s don’t break the conscious of the norm. I believe that the windows should stand out and create a sense of mystery and intrigue amongst those who walk by the piazza.
The Windowshop that I designed is based on the idea of interaction and reflection. The interaction would give the consumer a sense of attachment to the process of luring a customer in. I thought of interaction through reflection was the best way forward. Combining the consumers’ reflection towards the window display would make the user part of the display and part of the scene.
The right front window will be showing rectangular panels with a mirror on one side of the surface and fabric on the other. Hanging from a single pivot, they will rotate in a circular motion reflecting light
