tale part, and prepare the wool in to lengths for younger children, but your kids will love making this and playing with it, because you made it together. Remember a glue gun is very hot and children should not use it unsupervised as the hot melted glue can cause nasty burns.

2. GLUE THE DISC GUIDES TO A THIN PIECE OF CARD AND CUT OUT TWO DISCS 3. PREPARE THE WOOL BY DOUBLING IT UP SO THAT YOU HAVE PIECES ABOUT 2m IN BUNDLES OF ABOUT 6 TO 10 STRANDS, DEPENDING ON HOW THICK THE WOOL IS. YOU MAY NEED 4 OR 5 SUCH BUNDLES 4. PASS THE WOOL THROUGH THE HOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DISC REPEATEDLY SO THAT YOU WIND IT ROUND THE DISC. WHEN YOU FINISH A BUNDLE, JUST TUCK IT OVER AND START ANOTHER UNTIL YOU CAN NOT PASS ANY MORE WOOL THROUGH THE HOLE 5. USING STRONG SCISSORS, PUSH ONE BLADE OF THE SCISSORS INTO THE WOOL AND BETWEEN THE TWO CARD DISCS AND CUT THE WOOL ROUND THE RIM 6. PASS SEVERAL SHORT STRANDS OF THE WOOL BETWEEN THE DISCS AND TIE TIGHTLY ROUND THE BUNDLE AND CUT OFF BELOW THE ENDS OF THE POMPOM 7. MAKE THE FINS & TAIL FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE TROPICAL FISH TEMPLATE SHEET. THEN PUSH ONLY ONE OF THE DISCS OFF THE BUNDLE AND SLIDE IN THE FINS & TAIL OVER THE REMAINING DISC. WHEN THE FINS & TAIL ARE IN PLACE, REMOVE THE OTHER DISC 8. GLUE THE EYES AND MOUTH IN POSITION, TIE A LOOP OF COTTON THREAD THROUGH THE TOP FIN HOLE AND DANGLE WHEREVER YOU WANT
