explore the topic through research and develop familiarity with the subject matter
2.Observe
take note of your subject’s environment, human activities, and motivations through discussions and site visits
3.Point of View
consider alternate points of view to better understand the problem and inform future ideas
4.Ideation
quickly brainstorm many ideas without inhibition or criticism. be creative and have fun!
5.Prototype
output quick, tangible versions of your ideas to test how they work, feel, and translate to the physical world
6.Repeat
analyze which aspects are effective. refine your ideas. take your prototype back to the beginning
