East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation has developed a series of coloring books to include in care packages for low-income residents of Chinatown, East and West Oakland that celebrates the special places, people, and character of each neighborhood. Each of the three editions features artistic contributions from residents and local artists who love these neighborhoods.
