THIS PROJECTS SEEKS TO IDENTIFY THE CORE PROBLEMS REGARDING THE FUTURE OF GRORUDDALEN, THE AREA EXISTS AS TOPOGRAPHICAL SCAR, A CONDITION IN THE VALLEYS LANDSCAPE AS DUE TO ITS DISJOINTED STRANDS OF MOBILITY AND ITS ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS. THE RESEARCH WAS FOCUSED REGARDING THE VALLEYS FUTURE ON THE MOBILITY CONFLICTS AND ITS INFRASTRUCTURAL PROBLEMS. TO THIS EFFECT WE COMPARED AND STUDIED THE CHARACTERISTICS OF RV163 AND E6 THE INVESTIGATIONS FOUND THAT THERE IS A SERIES OF MOBILITY CONFLICTING ASPECTS THAT ARE LINKED WITH THE INFRASTRUCTURAL FORMATION THAT HAS CREATED A LINEAR BARRIER. THE PROPOSAL IS A LONG-TERM STRATEGY THAT RESULTS IN A PHASED BASED OUTPUT THAT SEEKS TO RECONNECT THE DISJOINTED LANDSCAPE THROUGH THE MITIGATION OF NOISE POLLUTION. THIS IS DONE IN ORDER TO ERASE THE LINEAR BARRIER, RE-FORMING THE LANDSCAPE CONNECTING AND RECOMBINING THE TWO SIDES, CREATING A LANDSCAPE THAT FLOWS THROUGH THE VALLEY.
