Rethinking Change

Helping you, your team, your organisation to see change as opportunity

Helping you, your team, your organisation to see change as opportunity
We work with you as a partner to create experiences to support employees through change
Our work starts by putting the person, the human, at the centre of change. Change is not a process to go through. It is an ongoing navigation.
Slowing down to create time to think at a time when everything inside us wants to speed up and find a quick way out.
Our five step frameworks are designed to work along side what people are experiencing, whilst offering optimism and encouragement to move forwards and grow.
Our work acknowledges that change is emotionally, mentally and physically challenging.
→This is about our individual response to change
→How we have choices
→How there is opportunity in change
→How fear can get in the way
→How we can do better work with a better understanding of change
We help you support your employees when you have to make redundancies

We help you create a supportive, empathic experience when people are returning to work
Change is not just about a door closing, it's about the door opening. Research shows that our community experienced as much anxiety about starting something new, or restarting, as departing. So we created the 'reboarding' approach. Returning to work should be a moment to look forward to, and with the right support in place all employees can feel ready to return.

We facilitate workshops which map out specific moments in your people experience. Using a blend of design thinking, space to think and facilitation we create time to think for you and your team. By the end you will be clear on your priorities, your strategic approach and the first steps of the plan.
I have worked in the organisational change field for over 20 years. Working on employee communications and engagement, in senior roles, was about the organisational approach to change.
But I have always felt something missing. Too often learning isn't brought in at the right time. Brilliant communications can only get so far. Real impact comes when communications and learning come together.
Another Door is that moment the employee's experience meets them where they are and supports them through their change.
