The interior of the apartment wa designed for three brothers, which housed various zones with their own functionality.
The main part of the apartment involves a large living room, the center and accent of which is sofa area, which is recessed into the floor, which makes the living room more concise, airy without overloading it with various protruding elements.
Another interesting part of the apartment is majilis dining, which is placed right next to the normal dining. The apartment is full of light, even in each bedroom there are large windows, and the opportunity to the enjoy the view. This amount of light allows us to use more contrasting and dark materials, while the wide spaces of the rooms allow us to fill them with everything necessary with sense of comfort.

The living room is softly lit with a warm glow that emanates from recessed strips around the edges of the room. Soft furnishings meld in mellow shades of beige and green, matches the light color tone and concrete tile in the room.
The glow of warm perimeter lights washes down over a full wall of stone cladding. The emanating haze seems to add a cozy yellowish tint to every element in the room and sets the relaxed, intimate mood.

Courbe House

Area : 3100 SQ.FT
Type : Private Residence
Role : Design & Visualization
Courbe house is a project in which the internal spaces are connected by curves, as the name suggests. The four-bedroom house has an open floor layout and lush green within. The viewer’s eyes are drawn to the curves inside, which connect the curated spaces and aid in following the narrative.
The surroundings we live in, the things we surround ourselves with, and the framework they provide for our life all have an impact on how we feel, think, and act. Our soft minimal approach to design is therefore totally founded on the premise that rooms and furniture should, first and foremost, serve their user rather than just be a means of artistic expression. This approach is driven by the objective of wellbeing. Reflected in the courbe house is the skillful interplay of light and shadow.

Area : 7000 SQ.FT
Type : Farm House
Role : Design & Visualization
Radiant Villa is a farmhouse set in the beautiful scenary of areca palm plantations
along the banks of the Nethravathi river. Born out of the client’s love for their homeland and togetherness, the house is meant for the holidays where cousins meet, where aunties toast, where memories are made ; where love is rekindled. Here, atmost importance is given to the gathering spaces ; where cooking, dining and talking happens. This makes up the entry hall which then extends to the pool deck that gives a spectacular view of the plantations. Right next to it is the central courtyard, surrounding which the sleeping spaces are zoned. All these spaces are designed in an earthy organic pallet to provide a peaceful safe space to invoke conversations with oneself and others.

A modern oriental restaurant, the best of the both contemporary aesthetic and with a hint of Rajasthani touch. It is a great integration of these two techniques. Tried to create a mix of both styles that embraced the beauty of Rajasthani architecture in tandem with a rather modern finish. To achieve that we added some distinguished Rajasthani features.
