VEH also retains the right at any time before acceptance in its sole discretion to reject or accept all proposals, or cancel or postpone the bid for any reason it deems appropriate. All bids are subject to prevailing wage mandates. Bids will be accepted at Village Hall up to 10:00 a.m. on the Submission Date of August 9, 2023 at which time the bids will be opened.
