Precincts- already existing undermined social systems These traditional settlements are known for their deeply knit kinships of occupational, social and cultural values. Their livelihoods, celebrations, faiths and beliefs revolve around these values which ties them together as a community.

Cognition is a process of receiving, perceiving and interpreting a set of information that the mind intakes. For performance and activation of such processes, an exchange of ideas and dialogues with one another is crucial.

Space as a stimuli for socio-cognition The quality of experiences that a space provides, decides how we perceive information. Most importantly spatial configurations are the base grounds for interactions allowing cross discussions and exchange of thoughts, ideas thus forming the basis for mental stimulation and cognitive activation.

Activating the site where the users feel more mentally stimulated
Mostly mental and physical stimulation for a varied cluster of the community occurs on the fish market & ice factory province as the site is more engaging in terms of occupation and intra user encounters.
