Manufacturing Tools When you’re dedicated to producing a product, you rely on jigs, fixtures, templates and gauges to maintain high quality production and efficiency. Put more complex and custom manufacturing aids on your production floor with advanced manufacturing services from Stratasys Direct Manufacturing. Whether they’re used for forming, location, cutting, assembly, testing or inspecting, we have the expertise to streamline your processes and improve quality. Save time, cost and labor with: - Form tools, cooling fixtures and patterns - Inspection and test fixtures - Molds - Covers, surrogate parts, plugs - Drill and saw guides

Manufacturing Tooling Streamline production and customize on the fly Quick,

low-volume tooling and custom fixtures give manufacturers the flexibility to embrace more opportunities, act faster and shrink the cost and risk associated with traditional production.

Discover new possibilities

Reshaping Manufacturing

If your final parts will be 3D printed, you can set aside the usual design-for-manufacturing constraints. Built layer-by-layer from the bottom up, 3D printed parts can be more geometrically complex, lighter-weight, easier to assemble, and just as durable as traditionally manufactured parts.

Additive manufacturing is attracting well-deserved interest and attention under the name 3D printing. But while remarkable stories grab news headlines and fuel the popular imagination, a less-visible shift is taking place behind the scenes that is reshaping how nearly everything is made. It’s helping companies worldwide push the limits of innovation while reducing costs, streamlining operations and accelerating time to market.

Reduce tooling costs and risks

Deliver just in time

Machined tools are time consuming and costly. In just days or hours, you can 3D print patterns, molds or tool masters directly from CAD data and prove out your designs using the same process and materials you’ll use for your end product.

Excess inventory saps your bottom line. 3D printing tools and parts directly from digital files can reduce waste and lower warehousing costs. Plus, by eliminating the usual lead times, you can respond agilely to demand spikes, design changes or damaged tools.

Find your manufacturing tooling application Performance 3D Production Systems build manufacturing tooling in production-grade materials, With FDM Technology, you can produce jigs, fixtures, tool masters and even low-volume production tooling in-house in hours or days. Low-volume production tooling means you can create prototypes from the same process and materials that you’ll use for the final product, and bring new products to market even while you wait for the final tooling to arrive from the machine shop.
