Dear AIESECer, It’s a great honour to write this message sharing the collective passion and pride of 7 Core Team members who dream to host Asia Pacific Conference 2017 and this dream comes from the simple but outstanding fact that our country represents the diverse and ideal environment for an organization of this nature. Being on the CC team means to make this dream come true to allow general public to understand what AIESEC is and why we do what we do. This amazing conference is the physical representation of our Mission Indianess and it also is the wonderful moment in which we get to see hundreds of young leaders from over 25 countries and nations coming home. All the delegates are required to apply for the Conference Visa. You can apply for the Visa on the following link: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/index.html
Following is the list of required documents by individual applicants (may vary from country to county). 1.
Completed, printed, and signed online Visa application form.
2.
One recent photograph of size 51mm X 51mm.
3.
Current valid passport of minimum 180 days validity and two blank pages.
4.
Letter of Invitation from from the organizer of conference in India.
5.
Letter from the organisation that has nominated the candidate to attend the conference.

The delegates are suggested to pay their Delegation Fees to their respective MC responsible.
Delegation fee: 17,200 INR* Security deposit: 1,700 INR* •
The CC will be providing currency exchange facilities at the venue.
•
The delegates are recommended to carry at least 200-250 USD in cash.
* Transaction charges extra
If you wish to cancel your slot at the conference after being confirmed as a delegate, the following will apply.
Cancellation Procedure 1.
Drop an email at apc@aiesec.in stating your reason for cancellation.
2.
The CC will confirm if cancellation is possible or not and will keep you posted about further steps.
Exceptional Cases If the delegation is to be cancelled due to force majeur, which only includes personal illness and visa rejection after finishing all due process on time following the guidelines provided by the CC. 1.
Drop an email at apc@aiesec.in stating the same.
2.
The CCVP Finance will withold a certain amount to cover hotel cancellation fee while refunding the remaining amount after the conference.

The CC will be providing Pickup and Drop facilities to and from Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi and the conference venue.
•
A fixed time will be decided when all the delegates will start their journey to the venue, together.
•
Cost - 1300 INR per side (you are requested to carry this amount in cash).
Note – Chief Delegates are requested to inform the CC about the dates of arrival and pre-stay of their delegations.
