TURKEY RANCH CLUB WRAPS
MAKES 2 SERVINGS, 1 WRAP EACH
INGREDIENTS: • 2 large whole wheat tortillas • 2 Tablespoons light ranch dressing • ½ pound thinly sliced turkey lunch meat • 2 slices of cooked bacon • 2 slices of cheese- I prefer pepper jack • Romaine lettuce • Tomato slices
NUTRITION FACTS PER WRAP: Calories: 523, Protein: 28 grams, Fat: 23 grams, Carbohydrates: 51 grams INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Lay tortilla out on a clean, fat surface. Spread 1 to 2 Tablespoons of ranch on each tortilla. Top dressing with 4 slices of turkey. Place 1 slice of bacon on top and 1 slice of cheese. Finish by placing desired amount of lettuce and tomatoes on top. 2. Fold in ends of tortilla up over fllings, then fold up burrito style. Slice in half if desired and enjoy! If you are looking for a lower calorie or carbohydrate option, replace the tortilla with a piece of romaine lettuce.
