This show is open to all North Carolina residents 9 to 18 years of age on January 1, 2021. 2. Exhibitors may enter a total of four birds in the poultry show. 3. All poultry not current on inspection must be brought to the fairground between 1- 4 PM on Tuesday September 18 for inspection by NCDA. 4. All animals must be owned by exhibitor for 60 days prior to show. All poultry must be at least 4 months of age. 5. Poultry Divisions: 6. Large Breeds: Cocks, Hens, Cockerels, and Pullets 7. Bantams: Cocks, Hens, Cockerels, and Pullets 8. Cocks and Hens are older than 12 months. Cockerels and Pullets less than 12 months of age 9. Classes may be further divided on breed classification depending on number of entries. 10. There will be four divisions of showmanship: 4-6, 7-10, 11-14, 15-18 11. Each pre -registered exhibitor will receive one armband plus two parent armbands at the gate. If there is more than one exhibitor per family, each additional exhibitor will get an armband. There will still only be two parent armbands per family. 12. The Pitt County Fair and the Pitt County Youth Livestock Committee will not be responsible for any damages, death, injury, or loss of property incurred by or to any exhibitor or their animal.
