JANUARY 2024

ADVERTORIAL

New Zealand aquaculture aims to turn the current $500 million industry into a $3 billion industry by 2035 [NIWA/ Stuart Mackay]

The introduction earlier this year of tens of thousands of specially bred yellowtail kingfish (haku) into eight large, land-based tanks at Ruakākā in Northland is a major milestone for New Zealand aquaculture. It is also a wonderful example of the power of applied science.

T

hese kingfish were carefully bred on land by NIWA aquaculture specialists, who nurture them through to harvest in the specially designed tanks at our Northland Aquaculture Centre (NAC). Their diet, and the purified, filtered seawater that enables them to reach harvest size in little over 12-months, is provided by the Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS). A system that is the result of years of work by NIWA researchers and technicians. The Northland Regional Council has joined NIWA in the expansion of the RAS facility because of the potential of a new kingfish industry based in the North. Discussions with other investors and partners are also well advanced. The RAS is the culmination of a remarkable NIWA story. It started two decades ago with the search for new high-value species suitable for aquaculture and has continued with the development of a sustainable, land-based fish farming system. This long-term research investment is currently on track to deliver 600 tonnes of premium grade kingfish a year, with the potential to scale up production in Ruakaka alone to 3,000 tonnes per annum. NIWA is poised to support haku farming throughout Aotearoa. In addition to haku, our NAC holds broodstock for the next potential species for recirculating aquaculture - hapuku - and is carrying out research and development with industry partners on GreenshellTM mussels, rock oysters and Pacific oysters. The centre also hosts other commercial aquaculture businesses such as Moana’s paua farm and CH4’s seaweed farming business.

Running for Health and Wellness

I

n August 2022, Brad Mckegg, Cara Coats and Siobhane Charlton decided something needed to change. After a stressful few years and rather than using food or alcohol as coping mechanisms, they decided to focus on their physical and mental health by setting themselves a challenge. Brad, Cara and Siobhane all work in real estate, and the stress was starting to take its toll. With unhealthy habits starting to take over, they all decided that day in August they would make a change, and entered the Kerikeri Half Marathon. It was a turning point. “Wanted to concentrate on our health and mental wellbeing so we started running,” Brad says. To keep themselves accountable, Brad, Cara and Siobhane started a Run Club and every Saturday morning they got together to run. The goal was the half marathon but soon they found many other benefits of running. “We discovered this was a good thing for our community and it started growing momentum and building,” Brad says. “It clears your mind so much and is a much more healthy way to deal with stress management.” The run club meets at 8.30am every Saturday and is open to anyone. There is a range of people from ultra marathon runners to ones wanting to just get out and move, and the course goes out and back, which means no one is left behind. It starts at the Marsden Bay playground and the track is around 5 kms. “It's not just running, some people walk it, it is whatever you’re feeling on the day. Some are ultra fit and some are just there to have a routine,” Brad says. “It's a good way to start your weekend

right and have something to look forward to. You might feel tired afterwards but you never feel worse.” Since starting, the trio have entered half marathons, triathlons and even ultra marathon running events. They’ve even had a couple of famous faces join in on their runs, like Blair Strang of Shortland Street fame, and the legendary Northland All Black and AIA Vitality Health

Ambassador Ian Jones. “Ian Jones is a great supporter and comes along whenever he is staying up here. He supports it because it gets people moving and improves mental health in the community,” Brad says. Brad knows it is more than just running, it is about creating discipline to form new habits, even if you don’t want to or have no motivation.

“It is a mental thing. Once you’ve learnt that it is just something you do, you do it no matter how you are feeling. Once you’ve flipped that switch everything else is easier,” Brad says.

BUILDING DREAMS:

THE SHrED'S VISION FOR A FITNESS HUB AND POOL IN WAIPU

Gilbert and Tania with their daughter, Margot, are the proud owners of The SHrED in Waipu. The SHrED is a purpose built fitness facility to provide a space for the communities of Bream Bay to enjoy their exercise and activities in a comfortable environment outside of the hustle and bustle of the town.

Architects' concept drawing of The SHrED Gym & Swim proposed gym and swimming pools

J

ust 3km from the Waipu township they have a beautiful rural space which currently provides an array of fitness classes, including functional fitness, Spin training, Yoga, boxing, and soon Reformer Pilates, plus they provide a space for local physio's and personal trainers to use too, and are thrilled at the possibility that one day they may have Lap and training pools, plus a gym here too. Gilbert and Tania have grown up in Waipu, going to school at Waipu Primary and following through to Bream Bay College. Both have always been keen and competitive sports enthusiasts and have always held a passion for health, wellbeing and fitness throughout their young adult lives. Tania is a practising nurse of 10 years, having worked in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit in Auckland, and has recently completed her Reformer Pilates training in order to begin her new classes here at The SHrED. Reformer Pilates is a nice lead away from nursing for her, where she can hold her passion of health and wellbeing for clients without the

The SHrED’s coaches: Sandra, Gilly & Mini

shift work whilst enjoying time with her wee 1 year old, Margot. Gilbert, or Gilly as most of Bream Bay know him, has been involved with nearly every sporting code he could over the years, and settled into functional fitness where he was training with an instructor in her shed in Waipu and loving the energy, so he started to learn the ropes and completed his fitness trainer studies. Gilly began teaching some classes there and the lovely owner ended up offering Gilly all of the gear to move off and start his own business. So he did, out the back in his parents shed up Glenmohr Road over 7 years ago. Mohr Fitness grew rather quickly and together they could see the potential for a fitness hub in this community and the idea just flourished from there. They built a shed, had an open day and the place has not stopped buzzing since. Having the vision of this one day being a full setup state-ofthe-art fitness and wellbeing centre at The SHrED is a dream the both of them never thought they would be able to achieve, due to the financials behind such a project being beyond their reach, however, they have been approached by a small

enthusiastic group of locals to investigate if building a lap and training pool facility with a gym alongside would be an option here in the near future. The potential for providing this much needed facility for our community is exciting for Gilly & Tania who both love to swim and surf and know how much our communities love the water too, they are also particularly passionate about having the possibility of providing Bream Bays' youngest generation with a space to learn to swim locally. Their next step involves investigating if this proposal is a viable project so they are relying on the community to provide feedback and help refine exactly what is needed in the facility, plus they are welcoming investors and sponsors to get in contact.

Please head to our website https://www.shredgymwaipu.com/ and complete our short 2 minute survey and send us an email about how you can help this project get off the ground. email: shredgymwaipu@gmail.com

Mohr Fitness, operated by Gilly, is a functional fitness class combining a mix of bodyweight and weight based exercises to improve lifestyle strength and reduce injury with a variety of movements and different workout structures each day. Cirfit, operated by Sandra, is a Spin bike and circuit exercise based class where each class varies in structure. Sandra kindly donates all Cirfit proceeds back into our local community or to charity each month. Swell Yoga, operated by Mini, is a Vinyasa Yoga class and alongside this she is now providing kids Yoga classes too. Mini has an immense passion for sharing her love of Yoga with Waipu

and its surrounding communities.

Message from Mayor Cocurullo Bream Bay – it’s been a HUGE year, one that has tested all of us at times, but here we are at the end of the year, with many good reasons to feel proud of our community.

A

lmost a year ago, the Auckland Anniversary Weekend storm smashed into Bream Bay leaving people isolated, some surrounded by floodwater, others without power, while the Brynderwyns were closed by slips and drop outs. State Highway One was closed in Ruakaka and traffic was diverted through Mangawhai and Waipu. Just over a week later the centre of Cyclone Gabrielle slammed into Bream Bay, hammering the ward’s detour routes from the earlier storm, pounding our roading infrastructure and then, to make matters worse, we faced at least one major storm every month until October. While hundreds of people were (and continue to be) out there repairing, restoring and cleaning up, life continued, people did good work in their communities and there was much to celebrate. Aside from our infrastructure responsibilities, Council has a role to play supporting social and cultural aspects of the District, the things that bind communities and enrich them, often when they need it most. Every year, Council spreads funds around the District, as we feel that our community groups can make more efficient use of funds for projects within each area, and every year there is higher demand for this pot of funds.

In Bream Bay this year some funding went to the Bream Bay Sports Trust for a sports club coordinator, and for the Have A Go event. The Ruakaka Rec Centre received its annual operational grant and the Ruakaka Dog Rescue Trust received funding for dog desexing programme. The Waipu Playcentre received funding for a new bike track, Promote Waipu received funding for a community coordinator and along with some event funding. The Waipu Croquet Club received funding for a new mower shed, and the Waipu Museum received its annual operating grant. Waipu Business and Community Inc received funding for their ice skating and curling event, and the Croquet Club got funding to service their mower and replace their mower blade. These groups, their projects and networks help build the resilience of communities and are enormously important. I say thank you to all who have played a role. As busy people you will not just use the summer break to reflect on the past year of achievements, but also to start looking ahead, planning the new events, services and projects that make Bream Bay what it is.

Nestled in the foothills of the Brynderwyns you’ll find our beautiful grove of olive trees. Our top quality, award-winning NZ extra virgin olive oil is perfect as an ingredient or as a delicious dressing. Whether you are a creative cook or you’re putting together a quick and easy meal, it will be enhanced with the addition of the right oil. As well as our fresh and fruity cold pressed extra virgin olive oils, we offer garlic infused or lemon infused olive oils for those special dishes. See us at the Mangawhai Tavern Market every Saturday or visit us online at www.olivesonthehill.nz or facebook.com/olivesonthehill

When funds become available, keep an eye on the deadlines. Residents and Ratepayers groups have until 7 February to apply to the 2023-24 Community Associations Fund for a $1,500 contribution to their work and communities. Creative Communities Scheme Closes 15 February. The Community Fund is available for a wide variety of community projects, services and events – applications close on the 1 March. The Waste Minimisation Fund is for projects that lead to measurable reductions in waste to landfill and is open for applications all year round. The Youth Week Fund for youth-led activities closes on 18 March. If you have any questions about these funds please contact our team as they would like to talk with you about your options.

Budgets are tight and needs in the community are growing. This means the competition for funding is greater. Not everyone will get exactly what they need, some might not qualify (yet – keep working on it) and some will get a smaller amount than they had hoped. Every little bit helps and a grant from Council (however small) can show other funders that we support the work. It is worth making the application, even if just to get your project on the map. Before you all get too busy planning 2024, I encourage you to take a moment, be proud of the way you have managed all the challenges this year, take a bit of time to enjoy the environment, your friends, whanau and visitors and let’s all prepare for another exciting year ahead in the Bay.

KIA ORA TATOU Rick Stolwerk Coastal South Councillor for Northland Regional Council

W

ell what an interesting year we have had as Councillors at Northland Regional Council, with many changes in standing committee’s and working parties. Change can often be for the good, time will tell on these recent ones! Once again I am happy to field any calls that you may like to make or reply to any emails that you send. As the elected member for Coastal South – Northland Regional Council, I will continue Nor to represent this constituency to the best of m my ability and bring local and regional issues of concern to the Council debating chamber. chamber

2024 is shaping up to be a critical year for not only the ratepayers of Northland but taxpayers throughout the country. Of particular interest to all Northland ratepayers is the release of the DRAFT Northland Regional Council - Long Term Plan (LTP). The LTP will be released for public consultation around March 2024, this is your chance to have your say on where you think the environmental health of Northland should be heading. As always the LTP document will have options on projected rate rises and what can or cannot be achieved depending on how much we all chose to spend. Without a doubt there will be a rate increase, as we know all products and services are increasing at an alarming rate and it would be fiscally unwise for me as your local Councillor to suggest that we can keep the rate rise extremely low. If we are to continue on a path of environmental improvement and repair the damage that has been done over many generations, we all need to support the proposed initiatives in the upcoming LTP. I urge you all to ‘HAVE YOUR SAY’ at online meetings, at drop in sessions and by completing the submission forms. We are holding hearings in this LTP process, have your say and be heard. Mangawhai EK Sunscreen Soars Off-shore – won 22 global awards

What started as a concerned Mum formulating sunscreen in her forest lab in Mangawhai 23 years ago, has now become a global awards winning natural sunscreen and she can’t keep up with demand.

S

urgical Nurse, medical herbalist, naturopath, ambulance officer and local Mum, Jules Bright, was worried not only for human health with the endocrine and hormone disrupting ingredients in regular sunscreen, but for the coral reefs of the

world that had died in just one generation. Pregnant with her first child, she got to work on a formula, with goals that it had to be made from our potent forest ingredients, here and in the Pacific Islands, be completely certified natural, certified reef safe, SPF50 for NZ’s strong sun, Biogro, Natrue and FDA certified and match the aesthetics of the synthetic ones out there – be clear, smell amazing, effective, trust worthy and a family favourite. The experts told Jules it was impossible and if it could be done, the big companies would have done it by now. Ever determined and not giving up, Jules spent years developing her formula, then certified and regulated it worldwide before launching. As a result, her family sunscreen Kawakawa & Tamanu Sun Protection SPF50 and her Moringa & Harakeke Sun Protection SPF50

for babies and sensitive skin, were both launched in NZ. Over four summers, demand has outweighed supply, professional sports people and boaties, ambassadors and airlines are all wanting a piece of Earth’s Kitchen Sunscreen. As the world’s first Biogro certified natural sunscreen SPF50, it is now launched as the first reef-safe sunscreen in the Cook Islands. Jules is on a mission to bring back our Coral Reefs worldwide. ‘In one generation we have decimated our coral reefs, the fish have mostly gone, we know what we have done and how to reverse the damage for our children and the next 7 generations. Now time to get to work to collectively make a difference and see our reefs flourishing again.’ says the founder of Earth’s Kitchen Sunscreen, Jules Bright. Due to high demand for her ever-expansive product line, Jules is taking interest from investors to help her expand first to the US, where they have passed legislation

banning reef-killing sunscreens, then to the Mediterranean, Europe and UK. Large off-shore orders are already here. After winning the 22 global awards, demand is high. Voted Winner NZ’s Best of Natural sunscreen, Lux Awards most trusted sunscreen brand, best kids sunscreen and Best family sunscreen in Clean + Conscious Awards, Global Green Beauty Awards in the UK Gold for Best Plant-based product, most ethical product and best international product and many more. This esteemed recognition has made our own little kiwi company, ready to fly off-shore. Certified SPF50 by the AS/ NZS-2604/2012 standards, water resistant 2hrs, dermatologist tested – excellent for eczema prone and sensitive skin. See why it is a firm favourite by Mums, Dads, surfers, boaties, tradies, gardeners, international swimmers, professional surfers and runners – even the America's Cup teams loved Earth’s Kitchen Sunscreen SPF50 out on water. Reef friendly, invisible, new silky formula, non-sting, not greasy, dry touch, gorgeous smelling, completely natural and concentrated. Rest, revive, survive: tackling driver fatigue for safer journeys The holiday season is well underway, bringing with it a considerable increase in road traffic. It's crucial for holidaymakers to plan ahead to avoid driver fatigue and arrive at their destinations safely.

N

orthland Transportation Alliance Road Safety Promotion Programme Manager Nicole Cauty notes that fatigue is a significant and often deadly factor in crashes on Northland roads. “We know that fatigue plays a role in many crashes, but is hard to capture in any statistics as drivers will quite often not admit being tired while driving.” Travellers are advised to plan their

journeys to include regular breaks, take water and snacks on the drive and swap drivers regularly if possible. Cauty hopes that more people will consider making rest stops part of their holiday experience, rather than rushing, or pushing through tiredness to arrive somewhere faster. “Making the journey part of your holiday is a great strategy to combat driver fatigue. Try detouring to discover hidden gems or scenic spots that can’t be seen from the main road.”

play, and release pent-up energy. A break to take a quick walk and get out of the car for some fresh air only needs to be as little as five minutes long. Of course, if you are really tired, try closing your eyes for 15–20 minutes but avoid anything longer.” Cauty helps facilitate a series of fatigue stops for travellers heading north, working with the volunteer-run Northland Road Safety Association.

“The stops provide motorists with an opportunity to stretch their legs and refresh before resuming their journey. The aim is to raise awareness of the dangers of “If you're traveling with family, look for driver fatigue, and work towards lowering Wharehine Construction Limited crew playgrounds in towns along your way – a the incidence of crashes, injuries, and installing a new roadside safety barrier near Ruakākā. chance for children to stretch their legs, fatalities on Northland roads.”

Northland has the most road deaths in New Zealand due to drivers and passengers NOT wearing a seatbelt. Buckle your children in first, then yourself, before driving and make sure all your passengers are buckled up. Let’s NOT be leading the way with this statistic!

Beyond the scheduled fatigue stops, there's a broader call to action for all Kiwi drivers. Cauty is keen for motorists to keep the RIDS (Restraints, Impairment, Distraction, Speed) concept top of mind. “We can all do more to make safety a priority on our often unforgiving road network. By wearing seatbelts, driving fresh, and reducing speed we can make huge strides in protecting ourselves and others.” Check out Northland Road Safety’s Facebook for updates throughout summer at: https://www.facebook.com/ nrsnrcnz

PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT WITH NORTHLAND’S LAND DEVELOPMENT EXPERTS

C

ato Bolam Consultants are far more than the simple sum of their parts. While they are one of the largest Northland based multidisciplinary planning, engineering, surveying, architecture, environmental and project management consultancies, they are at heart land development experts. This means that although each of the Cato Bolam team can focus on their area of expertise within a subdivision or housing land development, the collective vision is focused on the design and delivery of a quality development that is both profitable and produces the best outcome for the land. Cato Bolam have been operating in Northland for over 50 years and throughout this time they have proudly partnered with many developers, council stakeholders and investors to create legacy developments both large and small. These include: • Marsden Cove Waterways • Whangarei District Council Civic Centre • Te Arai Lifestyle Subdivision and Golf Courses • Estuary Drive Estate, Mangawhai

• •

Ngāti Hine Housing and Wellness Centre, Moerewa Karanui Estate

Cato Bolam work with a large range of clients, from first time developers and investors through to large scale development experts. Local director, Simon Reiher, leads the company’s Whangarei land development team and is closely involved in the management of every project no matter if it is a simple 2-3 lot subdivision or a large commercial complex.

Simon advises that “the most common first question on a new land development project is, what can I do with my site? There are many things to consider, and in most cases, different options are available. Whether you want to develop your urban or rural site the Cato Bolam team is there to help from feasibility to completion.” With 50 years’ land development experience and a team of 90+ experienced planning, surveying, engineering, architecture, environmental and project management professionals located across four Northland and Auckland offices, the Cato Bolam team offer the expertise and consultancy services to help maximise the potential of their client’s land, whatever the project type. Simon explains that “the feasibility phase is one of the most important in any land development project. Not every option will be feasible or profitable, so determining

Whangarei District Council Civic Centre

the best option for you and your site is essential.” “Our in-house team of experts will review the zoning, planning rules and identify Council’s requirements, assess the sites features, investigate any constraints (physical and infrastructure) and determine how different subdivision or land development housing types work best on your site. Concepts and development costings can be prepared to help inform your decision on the preferred option and assist in finance arrangements.” “Based on your feedback, we work closely with you to finalise the concept that meets your objectives. From here you can partner with our Cato Bolam team who will design and deliver your development from consent to completion.” Contact your local Cato Bolam team to begin exploring the opportunities for developing your property.

The classic "Slip, Slop, Slap, and Wrap" mantra, etched in the memories of many, gains renewed significance. Reflecting on past sunbathing habits, like coating ourselves in baby or coconut oil for that perfect tan, serves as a stark reminder of the importance of SunSmart practices.

Children are accustomed to donning hats during summer, and swimwear manufacturers now offer rash tops for added protection. Slip on clothing: Cover as much skin as possible with appropriate clothing. Slip into the shade: Plan outdoor activities for early or late in the day when UV levels are lower. Slop on sunscreen: Apply broadspectrum, water-resistant sunscreen with at least SPF 30, following proper application guidelines. Regularly check your skin for changes, including areas not typically exposed to the sun. The most common skin cancers— basal cell cancer, squamous cell cancer, and melanoma—underscore the need for vigilant monitoring. J9's ZUMBA FITNESS:

MORE THAN JUST A DANCE CLASS The Weekend Lifestyler

Janine Jones has been involved in Zumba dance fitness classes for more than 16 years and now helps others through hosting J9’s Zumba Fitness in Ruakākā

J

anine became a Zumba instructor six years ago, beginning with classes in Waipu.

“At first, I was doing Zumba from following DVDs, then I went along to a class when I lived in Christchurch. It was fun being on the dance floor as a student, and I was hooked. “There were no classes in the Bream Bay area when I moved here, so I would have had to travel to Whangārei.

“A friend then suggested I set up classes to help other people, I did so reluctantly, because I knew it was the right thing to push me out of my comfort zone. It’s so good to get you moving. There’s no judgement, and you are free to be you. “It’s great for fitness, burns calories, is great for your mental health and wellbeing. The dance has many different genre styles from a wide range of dance styles and moves, and that’s what I really like. If you’re uncoordinated or out of time, it doesn’t matter. You can raise your arms and step — there are no rules to be perfect. We call it remixes, and anything goes — that’s why we laugh so much.

“It’s not like boot camp, you don’t get yelled at. The only yelling is the hooting or whooping of having a good time. I have my classes at the Ruakākā Recreation Centre on Mondays at 8.45am, Wednesdays at 5.45 pm and Fridays at 4.45pm. People can turn up in any activewear, with joggers and a water bottle. I’ve even had people turn up in bare feet and do it. People follow my J9’s Zumba Fitness Facebook page for prices and to see what we do.

Alison says this poem epitomises J9 Zumba…

“Dancers get super fit and push me now, and we have kids follow their mums doing the exercises. It’s been awesome. Every week, I look forward to seeing my class. They are awesome people, and that’s one of the reasons I do what I do.”

SURVIVING THAT ROAD TRIP By Kem Ormond

A

s a child, I hated going on a road trip with my parents. You must remember I am talking about travelling in a car with wind down windows to enable fresh air, a radio for entertainment that was always on the national programme, hot vinyl seats and a very annoying younger brother. It was like my biggest nightmare. Although I must say my mother did always pack plenty of snacks and lunch, and a thermos of hot water. Pulling off onto a grassy picnic area was the highlight of the trip. . . if only when we continued, we could have left that annoying brother behind! There were no tablets, headphones, mobile phones or Spotify in my days. We had to read books which ended up making you terribly carsick! Travel nowadays I watch how my grandchildren travel now. Firstly, they are in safe, comfortable, and

secure seats. They have entertainment coming out their ears. They can watch movies from the back of the seats in front. They have food on tap, and they can comfortably sleep. Cars are so much more geared up for travel now with GPS, hands free phone, air con, great music systems, warning features, systems that tell you if you need to take a break and stretch your legs. The one thing that hasn’t improved in all those years is the condition of our roads. There may be fewer metal roads, but the tarseal roads are crumbling before our eyes. You need to check To be honest, checking tyre pressure rates highly in my books. I had two new tyres put on my car the other day because of one being damaged by a pothole in the road. They were pumped too high, not to dealer specifications. Luckily with modern technology in our vehicles nowadays, the dash warned me there was a problem

and I resolved it. Servicing your vehicle, is so important. It is better that something is picked up before you set out on that trip. I live on a long metal dusty road, and I know how important getting those filters cleaned and replaced are. I do try to keep the windows clean but general appearance of the exterior does lack in my case.

Pick your time when travelling. Sometimes it is easier to make an early start that to end up in the thick of traffic. Leave with plenty of time to spare so you are relaxed and feel there is no need to rush. Make sure you take some scheduled stops and if tired. . . pull over somewhere and have a short nap if need be. Enjoy your trip and get there safely!

NOW IS THE TIME TO JOIN A CLUB! By Kem Ormond

W

hether it is art, swimming, pottery, bowls, tennis, orienteering or even Pilates. . . in fact any activity, you are never too old to join a club. A friend has just taken up dancing and I have taken up watercolour painting. We can’t believe how much enjoyment we are getting from our chosen activities and wonder why we have left it this long! Joining a club is an opportunity to turn interests into friendships. Usually, you can find notices for various clubs in your local library, online or even on the noticeboard at your local supermarket. Joining a club is an opportunity to learn a new skill and if you are anything like me you will end up getting involved boots and all. I started with some art paper, paints, and a few brushes. Now I have a library of ripped out ideas from magazines, a selection

of how to paint books, brushes galore, easels. . . even a dedicated painting shirt and when I sit and paint, I am transported to a whole different place. It is just a peaceful time to truly indulge oneself. You may be lucky enough to have some community education classes being run in your town. These classes are usually diverse, so you are sure to find something of interest among them. I know friends who have organised dinner clubs, wine clubs, walking groups, running groups and some who have sessions in their homes to teach their older friends mobile phone technology. Whether young or old, active or nonactive, you are sure to find a club or group that will interest you. Summer is here so how about meeting some like-minded people and enjoy some new activities. Not only will you enjoy the company and the routine, but it is also so good for your wellbeing.
