In 2012, Ricky and wife Leanne purchased the company and have continued the vision of providing the best quality products and services in our industries
Our foundation has been built on 25 years of Roadline logging to now offering all forms of Forestry harvesting which are all mechanised operationsRoadline, Harvestline, Tower Yarder and Swing Yarder
Our Forestry division strategy has four fundamental principles:
• Good people with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Health and safety always at the forefront
• Mechanised operations with
reliable plant and equipment
• Environmentally friendly operations
In recent years, we have expanded our business and branched out into other industries including:
• CIVIL - Road Maintenance, Engineering, Bulk cartage and Traffic Management
• LOGISTICS - Log Haulage
• QUARRYING - Exploration Drilling, Extraction, Crushing, Screening and Stockpiling
• HEAVY HAULAGE & HIAB SERVICES - Plant & Equipment Haulage, Bulk Metal Cartage
• WORKSHOP & GARAGEEngineering, Auto-Mechanics, Petrol & Diesel Supply
Henri is an amazing role model for women in any industry, but particularly in the hard world of Forestry Henri exceeds expectation in Logistics and ha continued to go over and above in her role Henri sets a very high standard, not only for herself but for her team as well She has a great ability to adapt in a consistently changing environment and an even greater ability at problem solving in an efficient manner
management and her continued commitment to Health & Safety and Best Practice Her ability to cope under pressure is a testament to her hard
Last year, Cyclone Gabrielle severely damaged State Highway 35 and many bridges on the East Coast, utting off st of the East Coast community to the outside world
Henri’s expertise in Logistics is extremely evident in her organisation, team
Unfortunately, that meant our Log Truck Division were unable to work However, we were given the opportunity to take up a temporary contract with NZFM to cart logs between
Turangi and Tauranga In true Henri fashion, Henri was able to rally her team together and move them all across to Rotorua, where they all stayed for the next 12 months Henri commuted every week between the East Coast and Rotorua ensuring she fulfilled her role both in Rotorua and back home
Henri shows great strength in leadership and is great mentor
to others in the industry, both in management and our upcoming youth learning the trade She is breaking down barriers for women in the industry, while fostering a positive inclusive environment and facilitating professional development where required Henri is a vital part of our company’s success in log haulage and is an invaluable asset to our team
