The Attention Economy In 2014 APN Outdoor partnered with Millward Brown to investigate the way people move, think, feel and respond to different media platform with particular focus on Outdoor advertising.

Headline Series The Headline Series are insightful, relevant presentations providing insight into audiences who move in and around our cities. Produced from a series of peer-reviewed research studies and our own proprietary research we aim to continually educate clients and showcase the opportunity our formats provide to engage these audiences. #myrealworld Conducted in 2015 by The Lab, #myrealworld delved deeply into what Transit media means to Australians; how they feel about Transit media and how they interact with it daily.

Media Attention – It’s a jungle out there! In 2016, APN Outdoor in partnership with Clarity Strategic Research, explored the symbiotic relationship between the different ad media platforms with particular focus on Outdoor and TV.

The Airport Economy A quantitative case study by APN Outdoor in 2015 exploring the airport environment, to define the airport audience, the airport journey and what it means for brands advertising in this domain.


The Transit Factor – the formula behind the power of movement In 2017 APN Outdoor partnered with The Lab and Neuro-Insight. The study paired ethnography, observing real people in their real world, with neuroscience, studying the brain’s reaction to stimulus, to compare and identify the key differences between static and moving advertising.
