In response to design for resilience to changing environment after covid-19 pandemic, the is site chosen in the urban context of Butwal city, Nepal. The existing building originally built as a Tabela Ghar (House for keeping horses) no longer serves it purpose in the present date. However, it has been used by three families as a residence. The series of studies were made in the settlement along with the proper documentation of ‘Tabela Ghar’ in order to understand the flexibility of space based on daily life activities and post covid response of human lifestyles. And it is concluded that the existing house would not allow such flexibility. Therefore, a new design of residence is proposed in the same site for same number of families as a row housing module.
