Michael Hobbs and Dawn Cavanagh-Hobbs visited the Le Marche region in 2004, instantly falling in love with the historical and picturesque landscape as well as the Italian way of life. Le Marche is in the centre of Italy, bordering Umbria, Tuscany, Lazio and Abruzzo.
