All enquiries will be treated as provisional and held for 14 days in which time a 50% non-transferable and non-refundable deposit is required. The balance to be paid one month prior to the event; any bookings made after 1st December require full pre-payment. Guests under 12 years are classified as children and will be charged at 50% of the adult rate. Children under 12 years are not permitted to attend the New Year’s Gala Dinner. If in the event of any function having to be cancelled by the Hotel, an alternative date or venue will be offered or a full refund given. The Hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events or move event suites to ensure appropriate numbers. Shared party tables may apply to groups of fewer than 10 guests on selected dates. A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to Sindhu festive lunches.
