The subject site contains 3.339 acres developed with an office converted fr single family residence. There is also a stream that runs north to south along western portion of the site. It is located on the south side of Webb Road, we Brickmont Assisted Living Facility. The site is located within the T-4 Open designation of the City of Milton 2035 Comprehensive Plan Map adopted o October 17, 2016.
The applicant is requesting an in-fill rezoning from T-4 Open to T-5 to develo 103,509 square foot self-storage facility within the Deerfield Form Based Cod area . SITE PLAN ANALYSIS Based on the applicantâs revised site plan submitted to the Community Development Department on February 12, 2018, Staff offers the following considerations:
