Milton gets snowy weekend MILTON, Ga. – While many enjoyed frolicking in snow, others dealt with power outages, downed trees and transportation difficulties. Matt Marietta, the city’s emergency management coordinator said the city prepared with an all hands on
deck approach with Milton’s fire, police, communications and public works departments working continually throughout the weekend to ensure residents safety and keeping them informed. They also worked to clear trees and monitor the roads for safety.
