SCOPE OF WORK: In charge of BIM and Construction documentation. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Tata Medical Centre is a Charitable Healthcare institute. The hospital was developed as a part of CSR. CannonDesign had earlier designed Phase I and was again brought onboard for Phase I I
STATUS:
development including Shall & Core thus forming an extension to Phase I by maintaining the design element and Architecture expression. The building predominantly houses a Bed Tower, Education Facility along with other supportive services for Phase I. This project gave me hands-on experience of BIM and an opportunity to resent the design to MR. RATAN TATA- Honourable Jury Member at Pritzker Architecture Prize and Chairman- Tata & Sons. Ongoing.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Project is the first venture of Amity Group in United Arab Emirates. The intent was to design a Multidisciplinary and Flexible program to be housed in a Single Structure. My involvement was on both interior and architectural fronts. I was involved in space planning of Laboratories, especially Aerospace Lab, Hospitality Lab, Forensic Lab also Architectural and Engineering Workshops. I was also involved in designing and modelling of the Library Block. But I take immense pride of my role in conceptualizing and modelling the technicalities of the facade and its lattice patterns.

PROJECT : The Project started as a Competition DESCRIPTION Entry which was won by Vistaar Architects &
Planners and Cyrus Subawalla & Associates. My involvement in the project ranged from late Concept Design Stage to early Design Development Stage. I contributed actively in drafting out Municipal Drawing Set and Fire Tender package.

DESIGN DISSERTATION “HIGH” SCHOOL CAMPUS
SITE LOCATION: COTTON GREEN STATION, MUMBAI. SITE AREA: 1.25 ACRE. DESIGN CONCEPT: Modular planning in the form of tetris. DESIGN : A. Vertical Expansion. HIGHLIGHTS B. Each Module consists of individual components like Classrooms and Locker rooms and other shared elements like Mess room, Staff room and Toilets. C. Provision of Open Schooling system imparted the building Economical Sustainability at the same time made an option available for the students to pursue the education of their own choice without the age and time barrier.

SITE LOCATION: BANDRA, MUMBAI. SITE AREA: 4 ACRE. DESIGN CONCEPT: Porous Structure. DESIGN : A. Buildings with Staggered profile to break the Surrounding Monotony. HIGHLIGHTS B. Buildings arranged in a way to capture maximum and unobstructed view of the Sea Link and the Sea beyond. C. Intermediate breathing spaces on the floor as Voids to create the much intended Porous Profile creating Air Tunnels. The intent was to have healthy flow of wind. D. Dedicated Vehicular and Pedestrian Movement to avoid Crossing.
