It was smiles all around, as usual, at Hennessey Arabians’ Annual Region 12 Luncheon featuring George Z’s world-famous Polish sausage and the incredible 2022 foals that line the pastures. Just 10 minutes from WEC, the farm hosted daily lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with opened pasture gates for everyone to enjoy this year’s mares and babies.

The event keeps growing, and this year in particular, enjoyed more “newcomers” to Arabian horses with visitors from the community. “It is always great to have our colleagues join us, and when non-horse related folks show up, it’s even better!” said farm manager George Z. Hennessey Arabians hosted over 100 people across the three days, and when people would ask, “What’s in your famous Polish sausage George?”

His response was always “It’s an ancient Chinese secret!”
