Your feedback about life and times with your beloved Arabian horses.
This month’s question posed on Arabian Horse World’s Facebook page:
What do you love most about your horse, AND, what would you like to change about your horse?
I I
love his looks and how he moves, but I wish he weren’t so head shy. — Gabrielle Rose Fabian, Sturgis, Michigan adore every breath my horses take! I love the way they look, smell, the way they eat, the way they fuss, the way they play, they way they love and express jealousy. I think most of all, though, I love the way they let me love them. I could, however, wish they would stop rolling right after a bath. — Lisa Abraham
I I
love everything about my beautiful Arabian; would make him a dappled grey if I could! — Dawn Clarke, Jackson, Mississippi love everything about my stallion — he is the perfect horse for me, and I wouldn’t change a thing. Not one single thing. — Lisa Morales, Gainesville, Florida
W
e love absolutely everything about our Arabian boy. We wouldn’t change a thing.
C
He’s perfect, but it would be nice to get a bit of weight off him. He’s such a porker! — Julie Stacy
I
love my Arab’s vibrant personality! He whinnies when he sees you, and he is always ready to try out new things. I would like to be able to clip him easily though. Life would be much easier! — Cayleigh McCreight
I
love my horses’ intelligence and how they love attention, their willingness to share it with the others in the herd, and how they race to me when called. So personable. Beauty and brains combined. I could do without all the manure cleanup (who couldn’t?). Then there’s how they always have to “over talk” me when I am trying to talk or listen to my husband in another part of the barn. They drown out his replies; six different horse nickers and one pony nicker get loud. When one starts, they all chime in. — Laurie Weichelt, La Crosse, Wisconsin
