OBJECTIVE


Create an identity for a new hotel on Granville Island. The Granville Island Hotel offers the unique 'island experience' while being located right in the heart of the city.

Visitors who are design conscious. Business travelers.

The Granville Island Hotel is the place to stay in Vancouver. Price is not the object, the experience is.

FINAL LOGO



Based in the west coast native art and influenced by the contemporary art of the Granville Island, this logo represents an eagle, a whale and a human soul. The lines and organic figures give a touch of humanity that flows gracefully inside the circular frame.
